We have exciting news! We are the first traditional karate school (that we know of) in a major mall. We are now located inside the Fiesta Mall in Mesa, AZ.
The mall is located between Southern Ave. and the US 60 (North and South boundaries). Between Alma School Rd. and Longmore Road East and West boundaries).
Suggested parking is off Longmore by Dillards in the covered parking lot. Look for Entrance #4.
Our space is next to the Room Rack Shoes. Room Rack Shoes is adjacent to the Dillards Outlet Center.

Our Facility
Do you want a clean, spacious and, safe facility to workout in? We have it. Our facility
is over 4,600 square feet 2,400 square feet of cushioned tatami mats and comfortable visitor's
viewing area. We offer a safe covered parking lot, men and women carpeted dressing rooms, supplementary training equipment (bags, makiwara, landing mats for throws, falls and more), and martial art
uniforms and supplies.

Our classes are fun, challenging,
traditionally structured and provide you with both discipline and positive encouragement. We have a wide variety of training classes to fit your
schedule, interest and physical fitness needs.

Shotokan Martial Arts Center
History
Our Chief Karate Instructor and the Center's Director, Chuck
Coburn Sensei, founded the Shotokan Martial Arts Center in 1971
under the guidance of the Japan Karate Association (JKA). Our
karate group is
affiliated with the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF).
We have built a
reputation in the community for hard training and furtherance of true
martial arts principles.
